During my first year at Care, I rotated teams and supported a lead designer building out our small business (SMB) platform. Care's SMB platform is built on leads from various care services. I was responsible for the SMB enrollment flow for senior living businesses as well as the internal leads tracking platform.

PROBLEM
Business leaders at Care were looking to launch a new ad product. However, we didn't have a dedicated engineers or designers on the product. We were tasked with a tight timeline and little resources to launch a product that would be ready for customers to onboard in just 5 weeks.
SOLUTION
While balancing work from my primary team, I worked closely with a senior designer to design the ad enrollment experience and lead generations product for small businesses.
