Overview
Care’s enrollment and profile completion flows are long; caregivers either abandon or struggle to complete their profile during sign up. Without a complete and approved bio, caregivers can't apply to jobs or appear in search results. However, writing a biography can be a daunting task. To reduce friction in profile completion, we leveraged AI to support childcare caregivers in creating their bios.

RESULTS
Adoption rates exceeded expectations
We exceeded our goal adoption rate metrics and successfully increased the amount of new childcare caregivers completing enrollment. We have plans to expand this feature to other service verticals and the caregiver profile edit experience.
Impact
Reduce profile completion time by 11 minutes
In April 2024, we launched an AI-assisted tool to help caregivers complete their profile. This reduced completion time from 15 minutes to 4 minutes and increase in the number of caregivers who completed enrollment.
